By accessing or purchasing from NEXSU (nextgenstart.myshopify.com), you agree to the following terms.

1. Products All products are print-on-demand and made to order. Product colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and printing processes.

2. Orders Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it enters production immediately. Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing nexsu.brand@gmail.com.

3. Payments We accept all major payment methods available at checkout. All prices are listed in USD.

4. Intellectual Property All designs, graphics, and branding on NEXSU products are the property of NEXSU. Unauthorized reproduction or resale is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability NEXSU is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

6. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
