All NEXSU products are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner and shipped directly to you.
Production Time: Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons, fulfillment may take slightly longer.
Estimated Shipping Times (after fulfillment):
- United States: 3–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Lost or Undelivered Packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at nexsu.brand@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
