Refund policy

At NEXSU, all products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for you,Β we do not accept returns or exchangesΒ due to incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.

We will offer a free reprint or full refund if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • There is a printing error (wrong design, misalignment, color issue)
  • The wrong item was delivered

To be eligible, you must contact us withinΒ 30 days of deliveryΒ atΒ nexsu.brand@gmail.comΒ with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the defective or incorrect item

We will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days. Approved claims will receive either a reprint or a refund to your original payment method.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
